The July 2026 GateKeeper (Visitor Management System) and Contractors Access Control release focuses on the integrations security and IT teams ask for most often when evaluating visitor management platforms: Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on for staff, and Zapier-ready outbound webhooks for visit automation.
Why these integrations matter
Luxury hotels and multi-site enterprises already run Microsoft 365 and automation tools such as Zapier or Make. Connecting SuzTec GateKeeper (Visitor Management System) and Contractors Access Control to that stack reduces password sprawl for security officers and lets operations teams route check-in events into Teams, Slack, ticketing, or reporting flows without custom middleware.
Microsoft Entra ID (SSO)
Administrators enable Sign in with Microsoft under Enterprise → Integrations. GateKeeper uses the OIDC authorization-code flow against your Entra tenant. After Microsoft authenticates the user, GateKeeper matches the account email to an active staff profile — so roles, departments, and approval rights stay under your GateKeeper directory.

Zapier & outbound webhooks
Create a Catch Hook in Zapier (or any HTTPS endpoint), paste the URL into Enterprise → Webhooks, and subscribe to visit.* or specific events such as visit.checked_in. Each delivery is a JSON envelope with id, event_type, created_at, source, and data, plus optional X-GateKeeper-Secret and X-GateKeeper-Event headers.
